* 2016 Retreat fees are $115 and are non-transferable.
* 200 spots available, after these are filled, we will have a public wait list.
* Cancellation policy: if you need to cancel before Jan 1, 2016, you will get a $60 refund. If you cancel before April 30, 2016 there is a $25 refund. There are no refunds after April 30, 2016. No goodie bags are available or shipped to those who are unable to attend.
* You book your own lodging, and it is not included in the retreat fee. Our group has discounted rates for

DoubleTree no more group rate rooms available
You can choose to book a hotel room at these rates, or choose to stay at a different hotel or off-site. We highly recommend finding a roommate on our Ravelry forums to split the room cost.
